Great Things About Golf... When Your Game Stinks

Most courses have at least one "great view" - hole 11 was a par 3 on an eighty foot elevated tee. From the green, the tee box is basically up on a cliff.

My friend drove most of the time, but driving / riding the cart is fun.

Almost all golfers are cordial to other golfers, probably recognizing mutual frustration (lol) and a level of honor not seen in other sports.

Some GREAT meatballs among other buffet items. Oh, and chocolate mini-cannolis!

A nice long sleeve shirt with the organization's name and a decent water bottle. And, of course, a box of balls.

A few decent shots, a few good chips, a few good putts. Enough to feel like I want to play again.

The boss saw I was hurting, and said to work from home tomorrow so I can use the heating pad on my back. Twist my arm!
