Habits I am Keeping in 2023
1. Define Minimum Standard of Excellence in key areas
Minimum Standard of Excellence in key areas of my life: Health, Faith, Family, Writing, etc.
For example, write 200 words every day. Or Journal daily for at least 15 min, etc.
2. Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly reviews
3. Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly planning
4. Evening Routine
This is the hardest. I need to be more consistent :)
5. Morning Routine
6. Daily Probiotics
7. Monthly Intermittent Fasting
Related to the minimum standard of excellence. I try to fast an Xh per month.
