Habits, Not Diets
If you feel you need to make changes to how you eat, you are much more likely to have success thinking in broader terms of changing habits instead of sticking to a diet.
If all you did was just make sure the first meal of the day was some combo of meat, eggs, fish and cheese (no juice!) and made no other changes, there's a very good chance you'd seen visible results in just a couple of weeks. All the better if that first meal was closer to noon.
Also, don't drink soda.
Each diet below would be a separate chapter. Summarizing the science, the pros and cons, the history of the diet and real life examples of people using the diet. I post the diet and a link to at least one summary or academic paper.
