    1. Here We Go Loopty-Loo (Wrong Mind)

Loopty-Loo is a state of mind characterized by negative emotions, judgments, fear, and ego-driven thoughts. It's a state of confusion and chaos where we are disconnected from our True Self and from God.

    2. Here we go Loving Light (Right Mind).

Loving Light is a transition to a state of love, connection, and spiritual awareness. It's a move towards recognizing our unity with God and experiencing joy and clarity.

    3. Here We Go Loopty-Loo (back to Wrong Mind).

Our tendency is to oscillate between the Wrong Mind (ego-based thinking) and the Right Mind (spiritual awareness). It's challenging to maintain a consistently awakened state.

    4. All on a Saturday night.

Saturday night symbolizes our temporary escape from life's challenges, where we feel carefree and happy. However, it's short-lived because this kind of happiness is superficial and doesn't provide lasting fulfillment.

    5. You put your right hand in (seeking satisfaction in the material world).

We pursue worldly desires, such as material possessions, relationships, success, and other indulgences, in the hope of finding happiness.

    6. You put your right hand out (seeking happiness outside yourself).

We look to external sources expecting them to provide lasting contentment. We've programmed ourselves to look for happiness in external circumstances.

    7. You give your hand a shake, shake, shake (letting go of judgments and egoic thoughts).

Eventually there's a transformative process of releasing judgments, ego-driven thoughts, and the illusion of separation. It's a moment of recognizing the innocence and unity in all beings, leading to a shift in perception.

    8. And turn yourself about. (a return to Right Mind)

This is when a shift in perception occurs, a transformative moment often associated with a spiritual awakening and the realization of one's true nature.
Other names or phrases you may recognize:
Dark Night of the Soul, Shadow Self, Coming to Jesus Moment, "I hit rock bottom", "There must be a better way", "God Save Me", "Jesus Saved My Life, "I Repent", "I was Born Again", and the "I Can't Take It Anymore."

    9. You're ready to go Home.

The capital "Home" is a return to a deeper understanding of yourself as a Divine Being, an extension of God's love. It's a readiness to awaken to your true identity and purpose.
