1. Communication improved. Always maintain dialogue. Regular meetings/delegations between top officials from NATO and Russia.
2. Education. Both sides are educated on each others the history, culture etc., to develop an understanding and appreciation of the others point of view.
3. Nuclear disarmament. No more MAD.
4. Economic support. Investment in Russia from NATO countries. Promote travel and tourism to Russia.
5. Putin ‘removed’ from power.
6. NATO commits to retreating military hardware and personnel further from Russian border provided Russia does not make any further aggressive moves.
7. Commitment to end cyber attacks from both sides.
8. Commitment to end using proxies to fight, and interfering in elections of sovereign countries from both sides.
9. End rhetoric, both sides.
10. Stop lying, both sides.
