Do a workout (cardio, strength, yoga/stretching) within 60 mins of waking up5. Don't hit snooze6. Tell people what time you want to get up and make sure they hold you accountable7. plan a workout with a friend so you have to show up8. write an idea list first thing in the morning9. Go to bed by 10 PM10. Have something to look forward to - like a food or book you really enjoy reading. I look forward to my mornings
