How could I improve my morning.

    1. wake up earlier

    2. start your morning routine with a breathing app like Othership

    3. read for 20 mins

    4. Do a workout (cardio, strength, yoga/stretching) within 60 mins of waking up

    5. Don't hit snooze

    6. Tell people what time you want to get up and make sure they hold you accountable

    7. plan a workout with a friend so you have to show up

    8. write an idea list first thing in the morning

    9. Go to bed by 10 PM

    10. Have something to look forward to - like a food or book you really enjoy reading. I look forward to my mornings
