How to do something when you don't feel like it

    1. Recognize the feeling is temporary

    2. Exercise

    The endorphins will make you feel better

    3. Call a friend who makes you laugh

    Or watch a comedy

    4. Write down ten things that are good in your life right now

    Even if it's just, "I have ten fingers"

    5. Read or write for ten minutes (two of my suggestions)

    Sometimes we don't feel like doing what we love but those are the moments when we are growing the most
