How to make hospitals better

Came down with appendicitis, had to go to the hospital to get my appendix removed.

There are a few things that could improve a hospital.

1. Softer lighting

Neon is harsh

2. Count down clocks

How long do I need to wait. A countdown clock would be helpful.

3. Job title on your name badge

There are so many different roles in a hospital. If the job was on the badge I would know the nurse from the doc.

4. Netflix sub

5. Quiet zones

6. Better signage

Where do you sign in. Waiting area. Labs etc.

7. Tell people how cold the place is

Should have brought my own blanket

8. Better hospital gown design

Make it easier to put on

9. Self driving wheel chairs
