How to Stay Relaxed
The most successful people I know take action and are unstoppable...
but also, do it in a relaxed, unhurried way.
1. Intense Exercise first thing in the morning
It gets out nervous energy
2. Meditation
Calms the mind and makes it peaceful/unhurried.
3. Breathing
Extending the exhale relaxes and calms the body
4. Use a Mind Mantra
I repeate, 'I'm unstoppable and relaxed' over and over again in my head to prevent my thoughts from spinning me out in different directions.
5. Publish Something Every Day
Link a LinkedIn post or Idea List - something to make you a producer and not a consumer.
Consumers can get frantic seeking more and more content.
