I tried Fender JMJ signature mustang bass today

Some thoughts about it.

1. Man, I don't dig the feel of flatwounds at all

I like the sound though, but my fingers stick

2. The neck has kinda flame maple

3. The satin nitro finish is really pleasant to touch

4. The neck profile is way more bulky than I thought

For Mustang

5. I'm not used for this thumb rest, it feels awkward

6. It sound punchy, even close tor Preci

7. The relic finish is a super artificial

8. The tuner are good IMO

9. This rosewood fingerboard is so juicy color wise

10. I like that it's a signature bass but not a "IN YOUR FACE" signature way
