2. Probably paperbacks would be the best sizewise
3. But not so good durability wise.
4. You would have to add an additional container for book returns / donations
5. Vending machines are inherently more weather resistant than some LFLs
6. The idea of Free might capture people’s attention.
7. Maybe you don’t want the bookseller or librarian to know you read “trashy” romance novels.
8. Promoting literacy might make it easier to place.
9. LFL fans might make an effort to seek yours out as different.
10. After staring FREE in big letters you could still have the bills/coins mechanism for donations.
