Make an AI that goes on job sites and applies to every job. And then it tracks which jobs respond and then it learns from that. Sort of like how a self-driving car learns to drive by watching other self-driving cars.
An AI that is always looking for the perfect candidate for every job posting. It would track all the resumes posted online and match them up with jobs.
An AI that reads resumes and grades them based on how well they describe the job they are applying for. Like, if there's a section for "skills", does it list skills related to the job? Does it list relevant degrees? Does it show growth in relevant skills even if not listed as "skills". Etc.
An AI interviewer that can conduct interviews with candidates and grade them based on their responses (and also based on biases of whoever is training the bot).
An AI recruiter that can scan resumes, figure out which ones are worth interviewing, schedule interviews, etc.
