If I could only work 2 hours per week on my business, what would I do?
1. Block out the first 2 hour session to plan the next 3 weeks in great detail
I don't do this often enough. I either don't plan enough or get stuck in an endless planning-not-doing loop.
2. Use one month "sprints"
3. Schedule these time blocks into my week as non-negotiable
4. this structure and a plan lets me think about what I will do when I am doing other things (shopping, walking, etc)
5. plan -> build -> edit -> "publish/finish" loop
6. make business structure with roles that can be filled by people or agents
7. Focus on what can be outsourced to other people or bots to leverage the rest of the hours of the week
8. For these 2 hour time blocks make sure I have all of the tools ready.
9. create deliverables for each work session during the planning session
what will be accomplished? What does "done" look like?
10. Publish the process
"learn in public" on YouTube, etc.
