Imagine you're a café or restaurant owner, how would you look after your visually impaired/blind patrons?
Get a Braille printer and make menus for your blind customers.
1. Provide a list of items on the menu.
Describe what each table looks like, what the walls look like, what the bathroom looks like, etc. Describe the waiters and waitresses.
2. Describe your restaurant
"It's to the left of the bar."
3. "Where's the bathroom?"
"The plate has a hamburger on it with french fries and a glass of water."
4. What does this look like?
Give them an itemized list (in Braille) of what they ordered and how much it cost. They can check against their bill to see if they were overcharged or not.
5. How much is that?
"Just walk straight until you hit a wall and then turn right twice and you'll be there."
6. "I'm at table 123 in ABC Restaurant."
Use Google Glass or some sort of AR glasses to show them where their friends are sitting so they can go directly there.
