In the Last Five Years, to What Have You Gotten Better at Saying ‘No?’

    1. Saying "no" to unhealthy foods: I'm better at saying "no" to unhealthy foods because I know they'll make me feel bad later.

    2. Saying "no" to Procrastination: I'm better at saying "no" to procrastination because I know it'll only make things worse in the long run.

    3. Saying "no" to negative thoughts: I'm better at saying "no" to negative thoughts because I know they'll only bring me down.

    4. Saying "no" to people who don't respect my time: I'm better at saying "no" to people who don't respect my time because I know they're not worth my time and energy.

    5. Setting and Maintaining Healthy Boundaries: I've gotten much better at setting boundaries with people in my life and sticking to them, even when it's hard.

    6. Speaking Up for Myself: I used to have a lot of trouble asserting myself and standing up for what I wanted or believed in. Now, I'm much better at speaking up for myself.

    7. Saying 'No' to Unhealthy Behaviors: In the past five years, I've gotten much better at saying 'no' to unhealthy behaviors like smoking, drinking, or staying out late.

    8. Saying 'No' to People pleaser":I've gotten much better at saying no to people pleaser behavior. In the past five years, I've learned that it's okay to put myself first sometimes.
