It didn't work for me...Come on, be honest, how many times have you said or thought that?

The reality.

It's rarely :

- the leadership training that was bad

- the book you read about the concept

Let's take an example,

    1. "Seek first to understand, then to be understood" by Stephen Covey

I understand it intellectually, I find it interesting on paper.

    2. But in real life…

    -between two meetings,

    -a crisis

    -an unhappy customer

-And the school calling me because my boy is sick

I find it hard to put it into practice

    3. So how to do?

-Ask yourself a question every day

-Did I do my best to try to understand before being understood today?

-Add your own evaluation from 0 to 10

-Compare your progress from week to week.

    4. There is no result without effort.

And in behavior, the effort is daily.

    5. The good news.

Effort is what gives meaning to our activities.

    So why deprive yourself?
