4. If I'm currently dissatisfied with my life circumstances, spirituality, relationships, or habits, it didn't just randomly happen out of nowhere.
5. It's not coming from mere coincidences.
6. It is coming from all of the things that I have thought and done in the past.
7. So the first observation is to just look at yourself and take inventory.
How do you feel right now?
Where do you see areas that need your attention?
Now, attempt to connect this with your past experiences and how they have influenced your past behaviors and thought patterns.
8. Now, take a moment to observe yourself in this manner.
Become the watcher, the observer.
What are you writing about?
What are you thinking?
What are you saying?
How are you behaving?
9. If you watch carefully enough, you will start to build up a connection between the past and who you are right now.
It's always a perfect match.
10. You start to actually realize that you are exactly where you have to be right now.
Being anywhere else would go against the laws of the universe.
