    1. Pain and suffering as teachers.

Suffering is a choice. It's not the pain, but the story we tell ourselves about the pain. Pain is inevitable; suffering is optional. It's born out of clinging to the past or fearing the future. The body feels pain, but the mind creates suffering.
When you say, "I can't take this anymore," ask yourself, "Who is the 'I'?" It's not your true Self. It's the ego, clinging to its narrative of suffering. The true Self knows peace beyond pain.
Shift your perspective. See suffering as a mental construct, not a physical reality. In the present moment, free from the past and future, suffering dissolves. Remember, the power to end suffering lies within your mind.
    Choose peace. Choose now.
