Love & Laughter go hand in hand.

"Alpha Laughter" happens when a person sits in the crowd and laughs aloud and is comfortable with being the only one laughing.

They are in the moment, totally devoid of their ego.

They are completely okay with being the only one laughing....you've seen this happen at comedy clubs.

To the "Alpha Laughter," the sound of their own voice is a melodious tone.

They do not care if anyone else in the crowd thought what they are laughing at was funny.

Once the "Alpha Laughter" breaks the silence - the rest of the crowd now feels it's okay to burst out in laughter too.

Laughter fuels more laughter until there's a bonfire of laughter among the crowd.

This isn't new, back in the 17th and 18th centuries theaters would employ Claquers to attend opera and ballet shows. Their job was "to bolster success for a production with their applause."

If it were true that we're separated from our Creator - things would be serious.

God's perfect love and perfect oneness has not been destroyed.

A belief in sin and guilt.

A belief that we'll be punished for our sins.

Pain, suffering, cruelty, and death are serious things. This stems from our belief that God's plan could fail so we have forgotten how to laugh at ourselves.

We have forgotten to laugh at the foolishness of our thoughts and behaviors.

We are having insane thoughts about something that never occurred. Now that's funny.

God - "What are you so upset about, nothing happened."

I challenge you to find the laughter in your upset today. This does not mean you walk around with a big grin on your face all day. What it means is for you not to take your ego or the ego of others so seriously.

Do not give others the power to take away the peace and love that exists within your mind.
