1. Do you keep Googlingthe same topic over and over?

2. Do have 3 or more social media groups on the same topic?

3. When aimlessly surfing, are you always drawn to the same type of page or video?

4. This is your 10 yr old self reminding you of what you should be doing.

5. Today’s self has to figure out whether 10 yr old self is right.

6. To many people try to avoid going down the rabbit hole.

7. But if keep mining it deeper, that’s where the carrots are.
