    3. Drink at least a glass of water

    4. Make 50 push ups

    5. Make a cup of coffee

    I like to make a coffee with a cezve. This is a kind of meditation for me. I read a particular recipe a long time ago, surprisingly in some "physics" magazine.

    6. Draft ideas

    or at least a couple of them for the list I can post later. Sometimes it's hard to make my brain work in a creative way at the very beginning of the day, but maybe idea generation is the proper way to improve this function.

    7. Check Slack to draft a few work-related todos for the day

    I really hate Slack, it's a garbage can in the context of info consumption.

    8. Add a few non work-related todos

    I really like the Clear app. It's simple and colorful, and intuitive. I feel joy even by simply marking a todo as done.

    9. Pickup a random music album to work along to during some routine tasks cleaning.

    I'm trying to check new music I haven't heard before. No matter what style it's, who is singing, or what language. Just to have a broader view as a musician by avoiding concentrating only on the style I like.
