1. I define myself by where I am in life right now, not where I have been.
2. My strength is derived from how I live my life today, not how I lived it yesterday.
3. Growth is not birthed from regrets.
4. The values I held yesterday may not support the person I am today.
5. There is so much more to look forward to, regardless of age, than there is to look back on.
6. Basing my self-worth on my past deeds limits me from shaping my self-worth today.
7. I have no control over anything I've ever done but I do have control over what I can do right now.

9. I cannot change the person I was but I can change the person I am.
