My reactions to the Verizon outage yesterday
I was using a hotspot for work and did not have WiFi. It shows how hooked I am to the internet!
1. Confusion
2. Fear
3. I could not call
4. I could not text
5. I considered making the 911 call just because it was a way to use the phone
Not really but it crossed my mind
6. I was being sent texts that people assumed I could see
7. It looked like I just rage quit at work and could not notify anyone
8. I was alarmed at how distressing it was
Meta-distress
9. The air conditioning guy that was working said he loved it because nobody could call him all afternoon
10. I was relieved to get back on the WiFi
Sad but true.
