My Top Ten Mantras for 2023
Mantras are statements you repeat to yourself until they become part of your consciousness. The practice is borrowed from Hinduism and Budhism.
1. I can uplift my state of being
If I feel out of alignment I can create a better state by using the tools I have to make me feel better. If I am overwhelmed - rest. If I am irritated - meditate. If I am sad - think of what I'm grateful for. If I am stuck take one action step.
2. Do more and expect less
Expectations kill relationships. I want to be grateful if someone does something nice for me, not entitled. I want to create not expect.
3. Think Bigger And Realize My Luck
Only God knows what I am capable of, so I must think in an unlimited way, as if miracles can happen if I do my work and take the right actions. Lucky Jupiter is on my side!
4. Rejoice In My Gifts of Clairvoyance
We all have innate gifts and we take them for granted. I want to rejoice in my gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience and clairsentience. I have been embarassed of these qualities of heightened intuition or feelings in the past, but I want to embrace them and share them with the world.
5. Abundant Thinking Creates Abundance
Fear based thinking is scarcity thinking and we are wired to be scared for survival. I must cancel the fear and think abundantly. I expand and become more of what I am. I ask and receive. My abundance flows out to help others.
6. Take the chance, take the calculated risk, you never fail if you learn a lesson for the future
Failure is the best teacher, so risk failing and you may be surprised with success. Regret is the number one thing the dying have. They wish they had taken the chance and not cared what other people thought
7. Live in the present
The past is gone and the future hasn't arrived. All I have is now. How long is now? I don't know, as time stretches and shortens according to my awareness of it, so I want to be immersed in the present moment and enjoy what I'm doing.
8. Express and Communicate My Authentic self
No one else sees the world the way I do. Show the world the way I see things through my writing and speech, and I will help others see themselves through my eyes.
9. Be an active listener
Use my two eyes and two ears to see and hear. Wait until the person is finished talking to respond. I want to listen to understand not to respond. Ask for clarification until I understand the other person.
10. Focus on Fulfilling My Purpose
Life is short and I must stay on task and block out distractions to do the work I am being called to do.
Have an amazing 2023! Ann
