The sense of heightened awareness in NDEs is the mind becoming disidentified from its usual physical/sensory associations when approaching death. However, this still occurs within the dream of separation.
While fascinating, NDEs are not glimpses of an afterlife, but are profound mind projections within the bigger dream state that spiritual enlightenment aims to awaken us from. Experiencing the formless, eternal truth beyond such sensory phenomena and illusions of birth and death is the goal.
Dismantling the concept of a "Near-Life Experience"
Death is an Illusion: There's no "nearness" to death because death itself is an illusion. The spirit cannot die.
No "Body Projection": The body isn't a projection of the mind. Our bodies and the individual minds we perceive as separate from one another, are all part of the illusory world of separation. The NDE is an experience of transcending these limitations.
Beyond the Absolute: There are no specifics in the absolute reality. Specifics like locations or details belong to the illusion of separation. NDE experiences are attempts to describe the indescribable using familiar concepts.
NDEs point towards a deeper reality – our connection to something beyond the physical world.
