A Pyrrhic victory is winning at a cost so high, you might as well have lost. The ego loves this game — it makes you chase achievements, relationships, or arguments, only to leave you emptier than before. You win, but at what cost? The mind pays the price every time it seeks fulfillment outside of itself. The world calls it a victory, but truth calls it what it is: a loss in disguise.
