Quick breakfasts when I'm in a hurry

I hesitate to list these, since several of the folks I follow on here are all about healthy. These aren't particularly. But when I'm in a hurry (and I'm doing well at minimizing these times), the following get something in my stomach with minimal effort. However, I am consciously leaving off "grab a doughnut."

    1. Homemade sausage McMuffin

    Frozen sausage patty, slice of cheese, fried egg, English muffin in the toaster. Five minutes, max.

    2. Peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

    3. Instant oatmeal.

    Only if there's time to eat it before rushing out the door. Sucks to try to eat while driving.

    4. Pimento cheese sandwich.

    5. Turkey and cheese sandwich.

    6. Package of breakfast cookies.

    Belvita started this for me, but there are store brands.

    7. A few spoonfuls of cottage cheese and canned fruit.

    8. Keto microwave pancake.

    No syrup=take in the car if need be.

    9. Handful of cashew nuts.

    10. Leftover pizza.

    Surprisingly good in the morning. In fact, any time.
