1. You can learn a lot from Ron Legrand
He's been at it for 36 years and has bought and sold well over 3000 houses without using his money or credit, and he's taught hundreds of thousands of people how to do the same.
Ron LeGrand Net worth is approximately $300-500 million.
He makes more money from his publishing company (selling the "how to") than he's made from buying more than 3,000 homes.
Yet most will seek to become real estate investors rather than opening up their own publishing company.
2. "Let's Write a Swimming Pool"
Need a pool? Write a song.
3. If you get it wrong, it's gonna cost ya!
Google has one goal, - "To End Search"
When I type a keyword searching for anything, Google wants the first result in the Search Engine Results Pages (also known as “SERPs” or “SERP”) to solve my problem/answer my question.
If you give them what they want you'll be handsomely rewarded.
You make Google's job easier by providing the searcher with a good user experience.
If the searcher bounces, you'll pay more to Google I guarantee it because you aren't giving them what they want.
If your visitors aren't converting (opting in or whatever action you want them to take) they're not getting what they want.
You'll be penalized with higher ad costs.
You may have to admit that something about your offer isn't connecting with the audience you aim to serve.
