Simple rules make a big difference

1. Drink water
2. No snacking / eat whole foods
3. No eating past 7 pm
4. No drinking liquids 2 hours before bedtime (you & the dog)
5. Walk daily (especially if you have a dog)

6. Get yourself in nature
At the very least walk outside anywhere
7. Eat nutrient dense foods
8. Feed your dog nutrient dense foods

9. Mediate every day
10. Teach your dog to chill with you.
Too much stimulation is overrated. Skip the dog park. Take a walk in nature and spend 10 minutes in stillness togehter.
