1. Experiments should be easy to implement, have little downside, a lot of upside, never done before, and be ready to learn something. Action step: Do a lot of experiments that follows this framework and observe what happens.

2. Anyone can experiment. Action Step: Stop talking so much and start walking. Those that are walking are not talking and those that are talking are not walking.

3. Test any idea with paid ads. You don't even need to create the product or service to see if there's demand. Make the creative (image, video, copy) and run paid ads via your favorite platform. Clicks (perhaps a winner) No Clicks (loser )
