Some Great Foods For Men
From Men's Health Magazine.
1. Bananas
One of the cheapest produce items available. They also go well with pretty much any fruit. They're a great source of potassium, fiber, vitamin B6, vitamin C, and magnesium.
2. Figs
A great source of magnesium and iron, which aids muscle function. Additionally, a great source of vitamin A, calcium, potassium, and vitamin C.
3. Greek Yogurt
Greek yogurt is higher in protein than regular yogurt—about twice as much—and it tastes delicious. A great source of vitamin b12, vitamin A, calcium, potassium, iodine and phosphorous.
4. Frozen Berries
Frozen berries are an excellent source of vitamin C and fiber. They're also cheaper than fresh berries.
5. Oats
This means that oats are among the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat. Oats are rich in carbs and fiber, but also higher in protein and fat than most other grains.
