Spice up your workout using a pair of drumsticks
1. Drumstick Cardio
Hold a pair of drumsticks and mimic a drumming motion while jogging in place. This is a great warm-up exercise to get your heart rate up.
2. Drumstick Squats
Hold a drumstick in each hand and perform squats. As you squat down, tap the drumsticks on the ground and then raise them overhead as you stand up.
3. Drumstick High Knees
Hold a drumstick in each hand and perform high knees while tapping the drumsticks with your knees as you lift them.
4. Drumstick Plank Rows
In a plank position, hold a drumstick in each hand and perform rowing motions, lifting one drumstick at a time towards your hip.
5. Drumstick Plank Drumming
Get into a plank position with your forearms on the ground and a drumstick in each hand. Instead of tapping the drumsticks on the ground, drum on the floor alternately with each drumstick, keeping your core engaged and maintaining a steady plank position.
6. Drumstick Push-Ups
Place a drumstick under your hands while in a push-up position. Perform push-ups while maintaining balance on the drumsticks.
7. Drumstick Bicycle Crunches
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet off the ground. Hold a drumstick with both hands and perform bicycle crunches, tapping the drumstick to the opposite knee as you twist.
8. Drumstick Jumping Jacks
Hold a drumstick in each hand and perform jumping jacks while tapping the drumsticks together overhead on each jump.
9. Drumstick Lunges
Similar to squats, hold a drumstick in each hand. Step forward into a lunge, tapping the drumsticks on the ground, and then return to the starting position.
10. Drumstick Plank Taps
Get into a plank position and hold a drumstick in each hand. Alternate tapping the drumsticks on the ground while maintaining a stable plank.
