Still Trying to Build New Habits.

    1. Getting my list done daily is still a work in progress.

    2. I always pull up NotePD when I turn the computer on in the morning.

    3. I'm going to try to make my list right then, instead of "getting back to it".

    4. Pro: It's out of the way and something I've accomplished that day.

    5. Con: Not always inspired. More mental training needed.

    6. Whether it is a new habit or an onerous chore, scheduling a specific time for task should help.

    7. More reps, more muscle memory, Right?

    8. Doing something fun, even if its not easy, is a good way to set the mood of the day.

    9. No pressure. If this doesn't work, I'll try something else.

    10. Maybe a little peer pressure or coopetition from the co-workers?

    11. Probably still need to self-impose a deadline or time limit.
