Why gild the lily of Love, when Love, in its purest form, needs no decoration? We can’t improve God’s masterpiece with the cheap glitter of ego. Oneness doesn’t need our fancy words, our desperate attempts to make it “better” or “more.” Truth doesn’t beg for our embellishments. We’re standing in front of infinite Light, and we think a spotlight will help? God is already whole, already perfect, and every time we try to gild that lily, we're really just covering up what is always enough.
