Streaks I Need To Start
Things that I should do everyday without breaking the pattern
1. Salad
How long can I go eating a salad each day. Lunch or dinner
2. Posting a face pic on Instagram
3. Posting a video on YouTube or TikTok
4. Posting something to Twitter
5. Reading 10 pages a day
6. Writing 10 pages a day
That may be a little ambitious
7. Taking an online course
8. Sleeping 8 hours a day
Definitely need to get more sleep per day
9. Practice Public Speaking
Communicating information as a teacher
