Ten More Ancient Remedies That Are Still Used Today

Liked the last list, so figured I'd try it again. Been using cinnamon in my AM coffee for many years, ginger in my tea drinks, and love onions. Also trying a frankincense oil blend for my arthritis... so far, pretty good.
