The Bittersweet Playlist Challenge!
This is my go-to Bittersweet song! I listen to them sometimes even when I am feeling great! But mainly when I write or wanted to do something creative! My brother (an animator) would listen to classical music when he draws and animated! I am dividing this list into 2 parts! The first part would be soundtracks or orchestra, and the second part would be songs!
1. Cornfield Chase (Interstellar Motion Picture Soundtrack) by Hans Zimmer
Listening to this song, it felt like I am back in my hometown, and me running around the farm! (not that my family owned any farm, but the feeling of running through the cornfield)
2. For The Damaged Coda by Blonde Redhead
Any Rick and Morty fans would instantly recognize this song!
3. This Land - From "The Lion King" 1994 by Hans Zimmer
The Lion King 1994 (the original) is definitely one of my favorite movies growing up!
Listening to this song always brings me hope even though it's melancholy!
4. One Summer Day (Spirited Away) by Joe Hisaishi
I am a fan of Studio Ghibli, and Spirited Away was one of my favorite movies by them. And of course, the legendary Japanese Composer, Joe Hisaishi scores most of their movie! Here's one of my favorites:
5. Ori, Lost In The Storm (From Ori and the Blind Forest)
Ori and the Blind Forest is probably one of the most beautiful games that I have ever played! This opening song pretty much established how the world looks and feels.
6. St James Infirmary by Hugh Laurie
There's a lot of rendition of St James Infirmary, and made famous by Loius Armstrong! However, my favorite version is by Hugh Laurie, Doctor House himself!
7. Goodbye Song by Elizaveta
I believe this is the best post-breakup song.
8. Borderline with My Atoms by Hiatus Kaiyote
When I just wanted to chill at night, this is the song that I would play to wind my day down!
9. Go Tell Aunt Rhody - Resident Evil 7 - By Micahel A. Levine, Jordan Reyne
I just wanted to put this here to scare people! XD
10. Eleanor Rigby covered by Cody Fry
The Beatles had many great songs, and Eleanor Rigby is one of my favorites! However, this is my favorite cover of all time! @JamesAltucher What do you think?
