The Dismal Illusion of Separation. (3 min 56 sec)

    1. How dismal it is to be a separated self.

Fear. Guilt. Attack. Hatred. Selfishness. With these thoughts, you can't be at home in the mind of God. It’s all mind. Everything is born out of thought, yet most of us never question our thoughts. We don't watch them without feeling the need to react. We don’t know how to just be. The ego throws us around like rag dolls, and we willingly swing. What a dismal way to live. And this? This is not life.
    The Illusion of Separation
Our core problem is the belief in separation. We think we’re separate from God, from each other, from everything. This belief spawns fear, guilt, and attack. It makes us feel isolated and alone, cut off from our true Source. But this separation is just an illusion.
    The Ego's Tyranny
The ego thrives on this illusion. It keeps us trapped in a cycle of fear and guilt, making us believe that we're not good enough, that we need to attack or defend to survive. The ego is a tyrant, controlling our thoughts and actions. And we let it. Why? Because we think the ego is us. But it's not. It's just a construct, a false identity.
God Is Life, Love, and Now
True life is in God. God is life. God is love. God is eternal. God is now. When we’re stuck in ego thoughts, we’re not living. We’re merely existing, reacting, suffering. God doesn’t dwell in the past or the future. God is only in the now. To experience God, we must be present.
    The Power of Thought
Everything starts in the mind. Every experience, every emotion, every reaction is born out of thought. But most of us never question our thoughts. We accept them as truth, react to them, and let them control us. But what if we didn’t? What if we watched our thoughts without reacting, without believing them?
    Think God
Think God. What could be the problem? Your problems are always in the past or projected into the future. But in the now, with God, there are no problems. The ego can't exist in the now. It needs the past and future to survive. So, stay present. Stay with God.
    The Practice of Being
We don't know how to just be. We’re always doing, thinking, reacting. But being is our natural state. It’s the state of peace, love, and joy. To be is to align with God. It’s to recognize that we’re not separate, that we’re one with everything. This is the truth. No fluff. Just the truth.
    Letting Go of the Past
Let go of the past. It’s gone. It doesn’t exist. Your problems are not real; they’re just thoughts. And thoughts can be changed. Let go of the guilt, the fear, the hatred. They don’t serve you. They keep you trapped in the illusion. Choose love instead. Choose peace. Choose God.
    The Shift
Imagine a life where you’re not tossed around by the ego. Where you’re not reacting to every thought. Where you’re simply being, in the now, with God. This is the life love invites us to live. It’s not dismal. It’s joyful, peaceful, and filled with love. It’s the life we’re meant to live.
    The Truth
So, Mighty Companions, let's wake up from this nightmare of separation. Let's see the ego for what it is—a false identity. Let's return to our true home in the mind of God. No more swinging like rag dolls. Let’s be still, be present, and be with God. This is the truth. Are you ready to live it?
