The Gentle Squeeze. (2 min 7 sec)

    1. Forgiveness, the Massage for the Mind.

Mighty Companions, have you ever noticed how your hands swell and ache when you neglect to move them? Our physical hands require constant motion to maintain their suppleness and vitality, so too does our minds crave the gentle exercise of forgiveness.
Our grievances are like stagnant pools of energy, stifling the free flow of love within. Each resentment, each judgment, each fear we cling to is like a knot tightening around our mental well-being, causing it to swell with pain, guilt, and anxiety.
Forgiveness, Mighty Companions, is the mental equivalent of compression gloves. Just as those gloves gently squeeze our hands, promoting circulation, true forgiveness applies gentle pressure on our minds, allowing the stagnant pools of grievances to dissipate and the love within to flow freely once more.
But not the world's brand of forgiveness, which masks itself as mere tolerance. No, the forgiveness Love speaks of is an active embrace, a conscious decision to release the knots that bind us, to let go of the past and open our hearts to the present moment.
With each act of forgiveness, we massage our minds, loosening the grip of judgment. We allow the healing balm of love to soothe our spirit. Just as our hands move a million times a day, so too do we hold onto millions of grievances, without even realizing it.
But fear not, for the practice of forgiveness is a journey, not a destination. Each time we forgive, we take a step towards the peace that is our birthright. Let us embrace forgiveness as our mental compression gloves, and watch as the swelling of fear, sin, and guilt subside. Our grievances will be replaced by the radiant light of love that shines within.
