1. How repetition keeps you trapped in the ego’s bubble.
Repetition is the mind’s method of programming. You think what you’ve always thought because those thoughts have been drilled into you on repeat. That’s how your mind got stuck in its current state: thought after thought, belief after belief, creating a feedback loop that keeps you blind to Truth.
It’s simple: think it long enough, you believe it. Believe it hard enough, you see it. And once you see it, you reinforce the same thinking — on a loop. The ego loves this game, locking you in a bubble of perception where what you think defines what you believe, and what you believe defines what you see.
The more you stay in this loop, the thicker the bubble gets. You’re no longer seeing reality — you’re just recycling the same false perceptions.
The loop won’t stop until you stop feeding it.
