The present moment is not a fragment of time; it is the eternal now. It exists independently of the constraints of time. Often, we find ourselves physically present, yet mentally preoccupied with reaching some other destination, preventing us from fully experiencing the here and now. We get entangled in memories of the past or anxieties about the future, which takes us away from being truly present.
