The problem with diversity

A lot of people are still surprised at my views around race, sexuality and gender. Below I hope to flesh out my ideas and show that, despite not being a Nazi I disagree with a lot of policies put in place to help tackle these problems.

    1. Psychology

Humans are pattern recognition machines. We see patterns everywhere, many of which don't actually exist. For example - Animals in clouds, faces in toast, honour and courage in those in our team and evil and disgust in our opponents. The more we see a pattern the more important and 'true' it becomes. I put true in quotes, because many times it's far from it.

Many still believe that Donald Trump called Nazis 'fine people.' When in reality he 'condemned them totally.' so what happened? The media installed a false pattern of 'Trump is Hitler' into us. The Fine People clip was shortened, cutting out the start "I'm not talking about the neo-Nazis and the white nationalists, because they should be condemned totally" and finally priming us with 'Trump calls Nazis 'very fine people'.' Once primed that's what we look for and if what follows confirms that our strength in that belief hardens.

What has this got to do with isms and phobes? Wait, i'm getting there. First, some priming. We're being primed to focus on race, gender, sexuality ect. features that really shouldn't matter. What happens when we focus on something? We begin to see patterns, but instead of faces in the clouds these patterns look like black - thug, woman - stupid, gay - weak ect. Take note on how you're being primed. What's the focus in the headline? 'Young thugs _____' primes you to believe that teenagers = thugs. 'far-right riots' primes you to group rioters with a political ideology and as no far-right parties exist it primes you to look at the right wing members as rioters. You get the idea they use a grouping word mixed with a word or phrase used to evoke feelings and your pattern recognition merges both, as they often come in a pair and before long you take it as true that these things are infant a pair, even when they're not.

    2. Race, Gender, Sexuality

I noticed an unreal focus on race after George Floyd in 2020. Not only was it the BLM protests/riots it was black squares on social media, news coverage on race, channels dedicating time-slots for 'Black shows,' streaming services grouping 'black based' next to comedy, action, romance. Are you beginning to see how important our skin colour is now? A show showing black people is a genera in itself. This was then followed with race swapped film and TV characters. The little Mermaid, Velma, Tinkerbell, April O'Neil, Doctor Who ect. was this because they were the most talented actors? I don't think so, I believe that it was to increase the focus on race, gender, sexuality ect. Why do I think this? Because that's how it was reported 'Racists outraged at new Little Mermaid' 'What we think of the bigots reaction to Velma' 'Doctor Who has some strong words for the homophobic viewers' I made these headlines up, but they're not that far off from the real reporting. Like this or your a racist/bigot/homophobe. Those words prime you to look at the aspects they're trying to look past it's the media version of point and saying 'Don't look over there!'

    3. Schools

Schools follow the 'Inclusive learning' framework, which includes 'Celebrating Diversity' not just acknowledgement, but enforcing it. When a kid comes out as gay it's a sign to party and when kid's see a way to pause class and party what's the likely outcome? Schools should celebrate hard work and intelligence, not diversity. It only ends one way. More 'diverse' students, that don't have a real education.

And it's not just schools, social media 'celebrates diversity' so does film/tv, even the government pushes whole months dedicated to a focus and celebration of these things. Are you seeing it yet? Their pairing 'diverse' with happiness.

What happens when people view being black, gay, a woman ect. as more important than intelligent, hard working, honest, courageous, kind? Brainwashed idiots who see nothing more important that remaining part of the 'diversity' group. People too afraid to even question it due to fear of being labeled a racist, bigot, transphobe ect. Almost like their trapped in a cult.

    4. What's next?

We're already far more primed than we should be. Next we'll be taught how to feel about each group, start looking for the pairings (The group followed by words or phrases that evoke and emotional reaction.). Once paired actions don't need to be given, we know how to act. What happens when you see a Pedo? Hitler? a rapist? Your blood gets boiling and you're primed for attack. Not too long ago the Muslims were paired with terrorist and look where that got us. The same thing is happening on a much larger scale.

    Hope you enjoyed reading.

    What do you think?

Am I crazy or does what I'm saying make sense?

Where is the world heading if we continue down this path?

    Thanks

    Rocco
