1. Plugging into the Spiritual Internet.
Stanley story.
Let’s talk about the spiritual internet. There’s something beyond my personality — my Real Self—that’s too real to ignore. This “me” I’m sharing isn’t the me I once thought I was. It’s the Holy Spirit — my inner guide, right mind, the part of me that loves beyond all limits. It’s the presence that casts away shadows as easily as Light dissolves darkness. And this, this is who I really am.
Here’s what I’ve come to see: this Spirit is in everyone, not just me. It’s that voice in each of us, constantly inviting us back to love. When I saw it in myself, I started to see it in everyone. But if you don’t see it in yourself, you’ll see it nowhere.
The Holy Spirit, the Real Self, isn’t some distant concept; it’s right here, now. It’s not a “who” in the way we think of identity. It’s what God has created, untouched by illusions, animating every part of life, far beyond any body. God has no requirements — just like the father in the Prodigal Son story, welcoming his child home without a single condition.
Think of it like the internet, but spiritual. This “spiritual internet” connects us all. There’s no boundary where God ends and we begin. Just one God, one Mind, one Love.
I call it The Wizard of Iz — the presence of now. This is who I am, who you are, always here. I go to sleep with it, wake up with it, and yes, forget it sometimes. And that’s when the pain creeps back. But when I remember, I am alive again. Truly alive.
Insights:
The spiritual internet Stanley describes is a powerful metaphor for the invisible link connecting us all. It’s not a mere thought or ideal but a recognition of our Real Self — our eternal, divine essence that never left God. This isn’t a personality trait or role but a solid, unshakeable truth, untouched by illusions and eternal.
Stanley’s story uncovers a universal truth: once you tap into this inner guide, the Holy Spirit, everything changes. It’s not a theory—it’s an experience that dismantles the limited identity we hold onto. Because, like Light banishes shadows, illusions can’t stand before this truth. In this Light, we see ourselves — not as bodies or personalities, but as the pure presence of what God has always created us to be.
And here’s the revelation: this connection isn’t reserved for a few. It’s everyone’s birthright, the force uniting us beyond roles and labels. When we recognize this Spirit in ourselves, we see it in everyone, without exception. But if we deny it within, we see only illusions—separation, fear, and judgment.
Stanley calls this presence The Wizard of Iz because it’s the essence of here and now, transcending all time and space. And it’s not just his; it’s ours. It’s who we are without the mask, beyond the “who” we pretend to be. When he forgets this, he suffers, feeling disconnected, lacking, and longing. But when he remembers, he is fully alive again.
In the end, the Prodigal Son isn’t a sinner but each of us, lost in the illusion of separation, only to realize we never really left. Our return is just an acknowledgment of what’s always been true. There’s no need for outside validation, gurus, or guides. The Truth lives within, always whispering, always available.
Quit searching out there for what’s already within. You don’t need to “become” something else or strive for a higher state. Just recognize what you already are.
