1. First is not assessing numbers,

2. second is lack of a clear system of punishments and rewards,

3. third is failure in training,

4. fourth is irrational overexcitement,

5. fifth is ineffectiveness of law and order,

6. and sixth is failure to choose the strong and resolute.
