Things I Am Doing To Improve my Sleep in 2023

My average deep sleep is 38 min, according to Fitbit. This is on the low end, apparently. 

I will be getting different things and see how my deep sleep improves

    1. Sleep no later than 10pm

    I need to get consistent on this. 

    2. Improve my exercise

    Add weight and more cardio.

    3. Meditate consistently

    I need to get better at meditating consistently.

    I will be tracking my meditation. 

    4. Be hydrated

    Drink more water. 

    5. Before bed routine

    Some journaling, no phone, and some meditation.
