1. Put my bike in my trunk and go to City Park and ride around
2. Do at least 50 Kettlebell swings a day
3. Walk in the morning doing the breathing exercises
4. Pick at least 5 stretches I can do every day
5. Walk several times a day
6. Should I join the Capoeira class to get some more movement in?
7. Create some kind of weekly challenge, like so many pullups, pushups, abs work
8. Do the dynamic stretching course that I bought and have not nearly finished
9. Do 100 squats a day - remember: The legs feed the wolf.
10. Go through the Farmer Burns information.
11. Work on doing the wrestler's neck bridge.
