Things I can do to get more exercise1. Put my bike in my trunk and go to City Park and ride around2. Do at least 50 Kettlebell swings a day3. Walk in the morning doing the breathing exercises4. Pick at least 5 stretches I can do every day5. Walk several times a day6. Should I join the Capoeira class to get some more movement in?7. Create some kind of weekly challenge, like so many pullups, pushups, abs work8. Do the dynamic stretching course that I bought and have not nearly finished9. Do 100 squats a day - remember: The legs feed the wolf.10. Go through the Farmer Burns information.11. Work on doing the wrestler's neck bridge.
