Things I do to relax

    1. Reflexology

    This is the most relaxing therapy.

    2. Watching a film alone

    I relax the most when I'm alone, watching a film and can be completely absorbed by it.

    3. Reading

    As above. Having alone time with a book is a great way to relax.

    4. Sitting in the garden

    Sitting in the garden, generally, is great. On a not too hot day, soaking up the sun is one of my favourites.

    5. A quiet half hour in the morning

    I like the house, first thing, when it's quiet. I make a coffee and enjoy the peace.

    6. Walking

    Walking always makes me feel relaxed. Being outside is always restorative.
