Things I’m 1% better at Today
I did some mowing and laundry. Both of which I've been ignoring
Watched 2 hrs of political TV with my spouse. This is normal. Didn't argue once. That's a definite improvement.
3. Follow through
I had made some commitments to people. I followed through on all of them.
Actually figured out how I was going to spend Independence Day instead of just letting the day happen.
5. Physical health
Went for a walk today. First time for outdoor phys. activity in a couple weeks. Small win.
