2. Get a sustainability charity to audit your processes and use their report - maybe collaborate
3. Join up with all the national summer camps you can and lead a large joint sustainability initiative
4. Governance - make sure you are paying fairly and that your supply chain is free from modern slavery
5. Get sustainability credentials/certification
6. Social value/CSR - make sure you are contributing to the local community - employ local, use local supply chains,
7. Have a contracted waste provider that has metrics on how much you recycle so you don’t have to measure it yourself and you can produce real time graphical data from it
8. Fair payment terms for sustainable economy: if you subcontract any work, like security or cleaners or anything - make sure you offer favourable rates to SME’s (so say you have 30 day payment terms - offer 14 day terms for micro businesses
