A bit cliche but probably opens up the question, 'What are you blessed by?'

2. I'm ____ today (tired, happy, moody, etc)

Be honest about how it's really going for you.

3. Excited to be speaking with you. I've been looking forward to this all day.

4. Honestly, I've been dreading this conversation all day.

Honesty again.

5. Scared that you will have bad news for me.
